I wash my hair every other day. I’m 19 years old… But I only shampoo the roots and then condition the rest of my hair… It last longer that way so if you can’t wash it when you need to it doesn’t do much to the hair… Also another thing I was taught was that if you start to itch your head and it isn’t time to wash your hair then it’s time to wash then change the shampoo you use… I found that head and shoulders the originals is the best for long thick hair 🙂 hope this helped 🙂
