How bad is it to wash your hair the same day you’ll be getting a color treatment?

How bad is it to wash your hair the same day you’ll be getting a color treatment? I was supposed to go in today so I had it timed out perfectly between washes but this morning we had to move it to tomorrow. I feel like the extra day is pushing it so I really wanna wash my hair

Selena Alexander: Theyre going to wash your hair anyways so if you can toss your hair in a ponytail then do that 🙂

Lola Reid: I’ve heard it’s okay to wash on the same day but just don’t use conditioner.

Bailey Torres: My stylist thanked me for washing my hair before appt as the bleach/color applies better than with hair with lotsa product?

Travis Lane: I ended up texting and asking her! It’s not too oily, I have super curly hair so it takes awhile to get oily lol
