I’m young and I have mild psoriasis.. I have patches.. But it’s not as bad as others.. It’s disturbing.. Anyways.. I get irritated a lot so what I do is I wash my hair about every 2-3 days or even every other day.. Depends on how my scalp feels.. What I’d really like to know is: 1. HOW MUCH TIMES SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR?
2. IS IT BAD THAT IVE WASHED IT SO MUCH?? Please tell me
