Brooks Sandoval: Wait? Your stylist? Like a certified trained stylist? Oh no. Curly sexy hair would be great for your hair while it’s permed….

Lorelai Wilson: Yes certified licence stylus for 25 years. I’m a natural curly whose hair didn’t like the curly girl method. Plus hormones changed my texture. I was told a perm would help. I asked what shampoo should I use for permed hair. She said herbal essence.

Ryker Ball: She’s wrong.

Emiliano Murphy: Girl no to herbal essence…..I had permed hair and used the sexy curl line and it worked great, it good for natural or non natural curls.

Maxwell Swanson: Ummm…. I would never use that. You want something gentle and sulfate free.

Jayleen Boyd: Pravana Reparative shampoo and conditioner for sure

Max Owens: Deva curl

Katie Harmon: I’ve heard that deva curl is nice

Madilyn Thornton: Deva curl!

Maliyah Jensen: Ouidad

Camila Rios: I really like Kendra, (I’m a stylist)

Lorelai Wilson: I don’t understand why they would think this is funny.

Mabel Mitchell: Lorelai Wilson: they’re rude

Lorelai Wilson: I’ve had a really bad hair year. Every time I’ve tried to ask for suggestions, its always awful. I didn’t think asking for recommendations on shampoos would cause people to laugh. I read a article that said use shampoo for chemically treated hair. Can only find for color treated hair.

Brooke Ortiz: Lorelai Wilson: im so sorry theyre being rude to you. No one should get that response for just asking a question.

Lorelai Wilson: Brooke Ortiz: Thank you!

Lorelai Wilson: I already have deva curl, Kenra, Redken, Paul Mitchell, B&B, big sexy.

Keegan Norton: Lorelai Wilson: colored hair is also technically chemically treated hair, so you can rely on that. I recommend Redken Colorstay for my clients. It does have sulfates, but if you have poor luck with sulfate free shampoo, it might be because it wasn’t ge…See more

Switched to a Sulfate Free Shampoo But Now I’m Getting…

Lorelai Wilson: Keegan Norton: I only condition mid hair to ends. But my hair doesn’t like all the good product. The worse the store brand the better my natural curl done. Also was told hormones was a culprit in my texture changing.

Brooke Ortiz: Lorelai Wilson: with drugstore products its mostly a “fake” good feeling. All silicones that cause buildup on the hair

Keegan Norton: Lorelai Wilson: it’s likely your hair doesn’t like the perm. Good products scientifically match closely to the ph of your hair. Your hair isn’t emotional. Thee is a scientific answer to your problemThe way your hair feels is the test. Do what you want, but you have some sage suggestions here.

April Floyd: I think they are laughing at your atylist, not you asking advice.

Lorelai Wilson: Keegan Norton: this happened before the perm with my natural curl. I only got this perm Monday. A girl told me she had gotten one and it helped her naturally curly hair stay.

Keegan Norton: You will find what works. Do you like your perm?

Lorelai Wilson: Keegan Norton: I don’t know yet. I wish it looked like my natural curl pattern more. I’m trying to figure it all out right now.

Delilah Potter: April Floyd: I 100% agree that anyone laughing is most likely laughing at the fact your stylist recommended a non professional product. I’m sure it’s not at you.

Lorelai Wilson: I have deva curl, Kenra, B&B, Redken, Paul Mitchell. But I read a article that said use shampoo for chemically treated hair. Can only find for color treated hair. I read a article that said use shampoo for chemically treated hair. Can only find for color treated hair.

Jason Gibbs: Color treated and chemically treated are pretty much the same. Deva curl would be great, I’ve also used a cowash from Kenra recently that was really nice too.

Reagan Nichols: Deva curl

Christian Lamb: Deva curl or verb?

Jeremiah Stanley: Shea moisture coconut curl line is an amazing drugstore shampoo. Sulfate free and very moisturizing. My stylist recommended it after my perm.

Fernando Carr: I am a stylist and have a perm. I use Pureology hydrating shampoo and conditioner, design line triple effect conditioner. I also use some sexy hair, and Deva curl products. Please stop using the herbal essence, it isn’t helping your perm at all.

Lilliana Simon: My hairdresser always said stay far far away from herbal essences

Mabel Fitzgerald: Oh god no it’s got enough wax to wax a floor. There good curl shampoo by matrix or Redken
